The article is devoted research of seines problem of estimation and prognostication of economic reliability a complex housing development. The result of analysis of domestic and foreign experience of the housing development and economic reliability, is presented in it. The developed bases of functional design of the system of complex housing development are rotined with the estimation of economic reliability and efficiency. The basic results of research of economic reliability a complex housing development are given on the example of activity of the largest housings companies of the Penza area.
